is a free community musical theatre experience at The Franklin Playhouse. Rehearse with us in a supportive, low-pressure environment and perform a short Broadway-style show in our black box. All experience levels welcome. Optional donations help cover licensing and materials.

The Franklin Playhouse is proud to offer TFP Broadway Seniors a joyful, welcoming musical theatre experience for adults 55+ who want to sing, move, connect, and create—no matter your experience level. This is recreational theatre: a supportive rehearsal room where the process is just as meaningful as the performance. We’ll rehearse at The Franklin Playhouse and present a short Broadway-style show in our intimate black box theater, with flexible staging and a pace that honors every performer.
Cost: This program is offered FREE as a community gift when rehearsing and performing at TFP.
Optional donations: Families and friends are welcome to “Sponsor the Show” to help cover licensing and materials.
Off-site performances: If we bring the program to senior living communities, facilities may sponsor licensing and artist fees.
